The bottoms of the holes for the bases shall be cleared of all debris, organic materials, and any other substances that could interfere with the quality of the work.  The two street signs will be fastened to the GI post through welded GI clamp (3mm thick 1.5” wide, bolt & nut (size 10mm).  Two 200mm long deformed bar (12mm) shall be welded to the bottom of the post in order to as root to keep the post fixed in the concrete.  The sign plate only should be painted with 2 antirust coats and 2 coats of blue durable high quality paint or any other recommended paint, before writing the street name, code and number according to the sample provided in below annexes.
