EVALUATION CRITERIA: Kindly take note that this bid will be evaluated into seven (7) phases of evaluation. During the first phase bids will be evaluated on prequalification criteria. Second phase bids will be evaluated on administrative compliance. Third phase bids will be evaluated on mandatory compliance. Fourth phase bids will be evaluated on technical evaluation. Fifth phase bids will be evaluated on site inspection. Sixth phase bids will be evaluated on price and BBBEE status level on contribution whereas on the seven phase bids will be evaluated on the state security agency clearance certificate.
