There will be two drawer at the bottom and three shelves in between which are made of best quality 14 gauge BP sheet. Outer body and inner body of iron safe made by 6mm & 3mm M.S. PlateHot rolled carbon steel sheet respectively and body shall be manufactured in multi bend construction. The gap between the inner and outer body should be filled up with fire protected concrete made of best quality fire clay powder BUET BSTI or BCSIR Approved to make it fire proof up to 2 hours. Provide min 3.15mm thickness of drill resistant armor plate for shielding boll work and lock. Pivot type hinges shall be accurately machined and fitted to allow the door to move without any appreciable friction or play. Minimum 4four number of Blots of dia 32mm shall be provided each side of hinge and opposite to hinge side. Dual control type multi lever min 8 lever lock shall be installed and each lock shall be provided with duplicates of main and auxiliary keys made from nonmagnetic stainless steel. An automatic relocking device one for each key lock shall be fitted in the door and painted the safe with rust proof and spray hammer paint etc. complete in all respect as per detail specification drawing and direction of the Bank authority.
