Information and communication - SAMSA would like a proposal for Development and Support for modules that are built on C#, Java and Model-View-Controller (MVC) Framework that will integrate with OpenText environment for the following hours in a month: • 100 hrs a month for a period of 12 months, if hours not used in a particular month the hours must carry over to a new month. • If there are remaining hours after the term of the contract SAMSA may extend the contract to cater for the remaining hours to be utilized for any project. • The hours mentioned above must cover for all development and support and maintenance for modules running on C#, Java, Model-View-Controller (MVC) Framework running at SAMSA. • The resources to develop and provide support must have a minimum of five years’ experience and well conversant to develop and provide support on the below mentioned C#, Java and Model-View-Controller (MVC) Framework supported by certified resources and relevant accredited Certification (provide proof for both Certification and Accreditation).
