Bangladesh-China Power Company (Pvt.) Limited (BCPCL), a Joint Venture Company (JVC) of NWPGCL of Bangladesh and CMC of China, is implementing a coal-based Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant Project (Phase I) at Dhankhali, Patuakhali, Bangladesh. The project consists of two (2) units of Ultra Super Critical Coal-Fired Power Plant each with a gross capacity of 660MW. The 1st Phase has commenced commercial operation from December 2020. Now BCPCL (Employer) invites qualified Gypsum Receiver (Buyer) to buy and to take delivery of Gypsum generated as a result from the reaction of limestone with flue gas from Payra 1320MW Thermal Power Plant. The Contract Period will be for two (2) years.
