Successful Tenderer shall undertake design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of (approx- 7.0km) 8-inch dia pipeline to supply gas oil (high speed diesel) from tap-off point (sonapukur,chirirbandar) of India-Bangladesh Friendship Pipeline (IBFPL) Project to Saidpur Power Plant (Saidpur, Nilphamari), including pipeline route survey, topographical & geotechnical survey of Terminals, site development, procurement of all necessary goods ,construction of 8-inch dia pipeline (approx.7.0km), ancillary works such as Road, Drains, Culverts, Product delivery meter, Pumps, Motor, Hose pipes, fire and gas detection system, Firefighting system, water & foam Purging system, Flame arrestor ,Control system (PLC,SCADA, telecom), cathodic protection , Dispatch & Receipt terminals, mechanical works , valve with starter, piping, electrical & instrumentation, spares, civil construction, erection, insulation, painting and commissioning and all related works etc.
