Талони та/або скретч-картки на пальне є товарно-розпорядчим документом на товар, на підставі якого здійснюється видача (повернення) товару за місцем його зберігання (АЗС). Поставка товару здійснюється силами і за рахунок Постачальника, обсяг постачання в повному обсязі, згідно заявки Замовника. Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов'язань. Відповідно до вимог Постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178 постачання товарів для забезпечення транспорту Служби безпеки для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються ПДВ з нульовою ставкою на період дії воєнного стану.
